What we collect

Any personal details collected during usage of our services are used via our contact form or if you decide to book Lynette Matthews Photography, your details will be collected via a contract/booking form.

We may collect the following information:

- Name

- Phone Number

- Mobile Number

- Email Address

- Address

- Cookies/data usage

What we do with information we gather

We require this information so we can contact you whilst using Lynette Matthews Photography services. If use the online contact form, or complete the booking form/contract digitally your details will be stored in my email account and/or in my clients folder on my computer but rest assured both forms are protected with passwords. Any paper forms/contracts containing your personal data are kept in an A4 ring binder and locked away in a cupboard which I only have access to (Lynette Matthews)

Why is it being collected

The data we collect is solely for the purpose of providing you with a service you have booked, or has been booked for you. It is solely collected to provide you with a better service. We are required by law to collect and store certain information relating to any bookings or orders you place with us.

Who will it be shared with

We take your privacy very seriously. We will not sell your data to third party organisations. There are a few scenarios where some of your data may be shared with third parties to allow us to provide our services to you.

These may include; Delivery and Postage Service Providers to allow us to send you your products or any documentation you may require. 

Access to personal data

If you require access to your data that I have , you can request this in writing via email (details found on the bottom of the page) or via the contact form or if you prefer you can arrange a suitable time at my studio.

How long is date stored

 Most of the data we collect will be stored indefinitely. This is to ensure we provide a better service to you if you contact us again in the future. However, we are legally obliged to store some data for a minimum amount of time, i.e. payment records etc.

Consent

During your wedding I will aim to photograph/capture all your friends & family, during the group shots I will work on the assumption that everyone is happy fro me to photograph them, this includes any children attending but will verbally seek permission from any parents or guardians. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, any removal of images must be requested in writing whether thats by text, email or Facebook messenger.

Photo removal

I work on the assumption that yourself and your guests are happy for me to feature them on my website, social networking sites or for uses of advertisements (such as flyers, business cards, brochures etc) but you have the right NOT to be feasted in any of these ways. If a guests contacts me to be removed the whole image will be removed and not the individual or group to be edited from the image.
