My Approach

My approach to wedding photography is all about creating a relaxed and stress free experience for you. I capture your special day in a very natural, documentary style way, aiming to tell the unique story of your wedding with limited interruptions. I believe that the most beautiful moments are often the candid ones, so I spend the majority of the day (85%-90%) quietly documenting the events as they unfold, ensuring that I capture those authentic, heartfelt moments between you, your loved ones and your guests.

Of course, there are moments where a little guidance is needed particularly for your group photos but I keep it light and easy. My goal is to give you the images that not only tell the story of your day (including the dodgy dance moves) but are also worthy of being printed and framed for years to come.

I’m a Fun, Colourful and Relaxed Wedding Photographer based in Southport, photographing weddings across Lancashire, the Lake District, the Ribble Valley, Cheshire, Wirral and Merseyside. I’ve captured everything from lakeside marquee weddings to elegant manor house venues, focusing on natural moments and joyful storytelling. Based in the North West, I also travel regularly and cover weddings throughout the UK and Ireland.
