"All I can ever say each time I speak to Lynette or talk to people about our wedding photos is WOW!

I saw Lynette at a wedding fayre and took away one of her cards, after lots and lots of research and going really far back in her photos me and my partner decided that this was going to be the lady who was going to capture our day.

All I can say is that Lynette did not disappoint, money was well spent for sure, they say that having a photographer is the most important part of your wedding and I agree because we can now look back at our fantastic photos and remember every part of our wedding.

She makes sure you're comfortable and well looked after, wont force you into doing anything your uncomfortable with and is there for you and can find the bright side of anything even on a rainy wedding day!

I am truly please that we met and found Lynette to capture our day and wouldn't have had it any other way."

Alisha & Adam’s May wedding at Low Hall in the Lake District was the perfect reminder that even when the weather can’t quite make up its mind, your wedding day can still be completely magical. As a Lake District wedding photographer, I’ve seen all kinds of conditions and this day proved that a little rain really shouldn’t affect how wonderful your celebration is going to be. It rained on and off throughout the day but Alisha and Adam embraced every second, creating a relaxed, joyful and beautifully authentic wedding at Low Hall.

Their day was filled with thoughtful, personal touches that made their wedding photography story so special. Alisha and Adam chose to say their own vows in private; a quiet and emotional moment just for the two of them. The speeches were also perfectly timed and wonderfully unique, with the father of the bride and the groom speaking during the wedding breakfast, followed later in the evening by the maid of honour and bestman. The evening words were shared in a very relaxed and informal way, just before the evening reception truly kicked off, before the first dance.

Here's what they had to say....

What made you choose your wedding venue?

Our venue was chosen mainly because of the people who ran it and also the views.

2. Tell me about your theme, colours and/or style for the day.

Our colour theme was colourful pastel colours

3. What was your favourite moments/memories of the day?

Our favourite moments, first look with my dad, finally getting to tie the knot and dancing the night away as a married couple.

4. Any tips or advice for future couples planning their special day?

Try not to stress the little things that get forgotten really don't matter on the day and the weather is not in your control but if you don't let it then it won't ruin your day! Splurge on your photographer because the photos are what you keep as memories and just enjoy every second because it flies by!
